Operator Services Expands with New Regions, Local Funding Methods and Account Options
The Operator Services structure has expanded following the addition of new regional financial connections to its network. Operators can now serve eligible end users in more markets, offer additional local account-funding methods, and provide access to a wider selection of European account prefixes through their connected white-label platforms.
The update introduces support for additional end-user regions including Canada, China, Hungary, Malaysia, Macau, and the United States Virgin Islands. It also expands the local payment infrastructure available across selected markets in Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and the Americas.
For eligible customers, this means easier account funding in local currencies, more familiar domestic payment methods, and additional account-location options within the same connected platform experience.
Newly Available End-User Regions
The expanded Operator Services network allows approved operators to onboard eligible personal and business customers from six additional regions:
Canada
Eligible customers can access CAD account functionality and supported Canadian domestic funding methods.
China
Eligible personal and business customers can now be considered for supported financial services under the applicable onboarding framework.
Hungary
Eligible customers in Hungary can access supported European account and payment functionality through the expanded network.
Malaysia
Eligible Malaysian customers can now be onboarded for the financial services available within the approved program.
Macau
Eligible customers in Macau can access supported account and payment functionality following compliance approval.
United States Virgin Islands
Eligible customers in the territory can now be considered for the supported services available through Operator Services.
Availability remains subject to the operator's activated modules, customer type, KYC or KYB approval, risk assessment, supported currencies, and applicable compliance requirements.
More Local Ways to Fund an Account
Local funding methods allow customers to add funds using domestic payment rails that are already familiar in their country. This can reduce reliance on international transfers and provide a more convenient experience for both personal and business users.
The updated infrastructure supports the following local and regional methods where available:
Canada — CAD
Domestic EFT transfers, Interac e-Transfer, and EFT direct debit.
Hong Kong — HKD
Domestic ACH, RTGS, and FPS transfers, together with international SWIFT transfers where supported.
Israel — ILS
Domestic Faster Payments, MASAV, and ZAHAV transfers.
Singapore — SGD
Domestic FAST, MEPS, and GIRO transfers, together with international SWIFT transfers where supported.
Denmark — DKK and EUR
Domestic Intradagclearing and KRONOS2 transfers, together with international SWIFT transfers where supported.
Mexico — MXN
Domestic SPEI transfers for receiving funds in Mexican pesos.
United Arab Emirates — AED
Domestic IPI and RTGS transfers for local account funding in UAE dirhams.
Netherlands — EUR
SEPA, SEPA Instant, and TARGET2 transfers, plus SEPA Core direct debit.
Estonia — EUR

Australia — AUD
Domestic NPP, Osko, and Direct Entry transfers, plus BECS direct debit.
New Account and IBAN Location Options
Through the expanded Operator Services structure, operators can now offer eligible customers a broader selection of European account locations. Depending on the approved program and customer eligibility, accounts may be issued with the following country-code prefixes:
EE — Estonia
EUR account details with access to supported SEPA, SEPA Instant, and TARGET2 transfers.
MT — Malta
European account details for eligible customers within the supported program.
DE — Germany
EUR account details with supported access to European payment rails.
DK — Denmark
Danish account details with supported domestic, European, and international payment options.
NL — Netherlands
EUR account details supporting SEPA transfers and available direct-debit functionality.
GB — United Kingdom

The country prefix identifies the jurisdiction of the issued account details. A specific prefix is not automatically guaranteed and depends on the customer's country, currency, product configuration, compliance approval, and infrastructure availability.
How Local Funding Improves the User Experience
International payment infrastructure is most useful when it feels local to the end user. By connecting additional domestic payment rails through Operator Services, operators can provide customers with account details and funding methods that better match the way payments are commonly made in each market.
What This Means for Operators
The expanded coverage gives operators more flexibility when building a financial product for customers across multiple regions. Instead of relying on a single account location or one international funding route, operators can offer a broader combination of regional account infrastructure and domestic payment methods.
Broader Customer Reach
Operators can consider eligible personal and business customers from the newly supported regions.
More Localised Products
Domestic payment rails make it possible to create a more familiar account-funding experience in selected markets.
Multiple Account Locations
Additional country-code prefixes provide greater flexibility when configuring supported European account products.
Unified Administration
Operators continue managing customers, accounts, transactions, verification, and available services through their connected administration environment.
